Development = creating
‘Development’ describes my work developing ideas and approaches as well as exploring strategies and projects. It offers the opportunity to work creatively with others, from facilitating collective discussions to developing new programmes. I work with the voluntary sector, universities, public bodies, arts organisations and professional groups.
“I like approaches which use experience, knowledge and actively engage people. Add in some creativity and there is a dynamic process.”
“Susan tuned into Licketyspit’s work with warmth, perception and sensitivity. Her breadth of expertise in children’s rights, 3rd sector and the Arts has brought a fresh and vital new perspective to our work. She has both supported and challenged us to quantify and communicate our very unusual approach with increasing clarity. We are enormously grateful to her.”
Virginia Radcliffe, Artistic Director/CEO
